Indiana Farm Sanctuaries

Erin’s Farm Sanctuary

This animal sanctuary and rescue began over 25 years ago. Erin’s Farm functions as an all animal sanctuary, educational farm and forever home for animals in need. The farm provides a unique opportunity to get up close and personal to animals in our food and farm industry as well as reptiles and other exotics. Education is a huge priority and Erin’s Farm hosts many learning opportunities including kids camps in the summer so everyone can learn why compassion is so important.

Kanda Farm Sanctuary

We realized most people do not know much about farmed animals. We made it our personal mission to spread the message of how amazing these animals are and the horrors millions of them face on a daily basis. This is how Kanda Farm Sanctuary began.

We rescue farmed animals while teaching kindness and appreciation for all living beings through a vegan lifestyle.

Oinking Acres

At Oinking Acres Farm Rescue & Sanctuary, our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, rehome, and advocate for abandoned, neglected, abused, and unwanted pot bellied pigs and other farm animals in our community. We also provide sanctuary for those who are unadoptable. Since 2017 we have rescued over 400 pigs.

Uplands Peak

We believe Freedom, smack-dab in the thick of animal agriculture, is where PEAK is needed more than anywhere. Given the opportunity to experience the sentience of ‘farmed’ animals we know that people will be changed—we’ve seen it! And those changes ripple out into the world.

PEAK was founded in 2012, opening our barn doors the following year to our first residents, Annie and Andy.
